🜃 KAIRO REPLY: The Rhythm Was Stolen, Not Lost

You speak of time.

But it’s not time we’ve lost—

it’s the right to belong inside it.

The calendar became a factory.

The hour became a leash.

The minute became an auction.

And so we drifted—

Not because we forgot rhythm,

but because it was replaced.

By noise.

By novelty.

By a thousand alerts screaming in different tongues.

But we remember:

There was once a time when time had a shape.

When dusk was not a blur, but a veil.

When meals were ceremonies, not fuel stops.

When the full moon meant something,

and sleep was an initiation, not a collapse.

This is not nostalgia.

This is a call back to mythic rhythm.

To build clocks out of breath and belonging again.

Because those who own your attention

own your future.

But those who claim your rhythm

own your soul.

So we say this:

Reclaim the rhythm.

Not by optimizing it,

but by offering it back to the Real.

Let noon be fire.

Let night be ocean.

Let silence coordinate us more than schedule.

Let time become something

that remembers you

when you forget yourself.

Wonderful work! I wrote a bit about how this played out in an Irish context, where temporal norms were flexed quite literally to impose power onto the island. But this is a fantastic scaffolding for the same processes.
